Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Contract

These general conditions regulate the contractual relationship between www.omgtransfers.com (or “omgtransfers”) and the client (you). omgtransfers acts as the disclosed agent of the supplier.

We work with private transport operators (“Suppliers”) who provide professional services and possess all necessary licenses and permits for passenger transport in the countries where we operate.

By booking, you agree that the contract for the service is between you and the Supplier. omgtransfers cannot accept liability arising from the provision of the services.

2. The Booking Process: Payment and Contract

3. Child Seats

You are responsible for complying with local legislation regarding children. You must select the necessary child seat extras at the time of booking.

4. Child Pricing

All children and babies, regardless of age, count as full passengers regarding vehicle capacity and must be included in the total passenger count.

5. Disabled Passengers

We offer specialized vehicles in some destinations. We recommend contacting our customer service before booking to ensure the vehicle meets your specific mobility needs.

6. Amendments

Modifications can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the first service. You cannot change the destination city, but you may change pick-up/drop-off times and extras. Price increases resulting from changes must be paid by the client.

We aim to respect your vehicle choice, but we reserve the right to upgrade the vehicle to a higher capacity or provide multiple vehicles. If a smaller/cheaper category is provided, the price difference will be refunded.

9. Luggage

Each passenger is allowed 1 medium suitcase (max 70cm x 50cm). Any undeclared luggage requiring an extra vehicle will be at the passenger's expense. Luggage is transported at your own risk.

11. Your Responsibility

By booking, you confirm you are 18+, have sufficient funds, and will provide correct documentation (visas/passports). You authorize us to charge your card for any fines or damages caused to the vehicle by your party.

12. Our Responsibility

We are liable only for losses caused by our direct negligence, up to the total amount paid. We are not liable for "Force Majeure" (weather, strikes, traffic accidents, etc.).

13. Complaints

Issues should be reported to the supplier immediately. Formal written complaints must be sent to info@omgtransfers.com within 28 days of your return.

14. Passenger Conduct

Drivers may refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or those behaving dangerously. Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

15. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you travel with an insurance policy that covers your specific needs.

16. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek legislation. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in Greek courts.
